Kurnia Kibaran Sdn Bhd is the principal office and warehouse for MonsterAir inc. Chinain Malaysia. Our role is to serve and provide the varieties of air compressors, air dryers, pre & after filters, receiver tanks, service & repair, and warranty support to all MonsterAir dealers and end users in Malaysia. We keep full range MonsterAir air equipment and parts in our Malaysia warehouse in order to minimize our clients downtime when urgent parts are needed and shortened the process of warranty claim (if any) for our existing dealers and clients. We provide general service training to all our end users' maintenance team yearly. This is to enhance our clients' maintenance knowledge and efficiency in troubleshooting our equipment during emergency.

Inspiratory Process
The suction port on the intake side of the screw machine must be designed so that the compression chamber can be fully aspirated, and the screw compressor has no intake and exhaust valve group, and the intake only depends on the opening and closing of the regulating valve. When the rotor rotates, the tooth groove space of the main and secondary rotors is transferred to the inlet end wall opening. At this time, the tooth groove space of the rotor is communicated with the free air of the air inlet, because the air in the tooth groove is completely discharged when the exhaust is finished, the tooth groove is in a vacuum state. When the air is transferred to the air inlet, the outside air is sucked into the tooth groove of the main and secondary rotors along the axis. When air fills the whole groove. The air inlet side surface of the rotor is turned away from the air inlet of the housing, and the air between the tooth groove is closed. The above is the intake process.
Sealing And Conveying Process
When the main and secondary rotors are at the end of the inspiratory process, the main and secondary rotors are closed and sealed with the casing. At this time, the air is closed and sealed in the tooth groove no longer flowing out, that is, the sealing process. The two rotors continue to rotate, and the tooth peak is anastomosing with the tooth groove at the inspiratory end, and the anastomotic surface gradually moves to the exhaust end, which is related to the [conveying process].
Compression And Injection Process
In the conveying process, the meshing surface gradually moves to the exhaust end, that is, the tooth groove between the meshing surface and the exhaust port gradually decreases, the gas in the tooth groove is gradually compressed, and the pressure is increased, which is the compression process 1. while At the same time, the lubricating oil is also injected into the compression chamber and mixed with the chamber gas due to the effect of pressure difference.

When the system gas consumption is reduced, the system pressure begins to rise, the controller receives the signal of the pressure rise, and begins to gradually reduce the opening of the intake valve. At this time, the exhaust volume of the screw machine is also reduced, of course, the current of the motor is also reduced. When the system gas consumption increases, the system pressure begins to decrease, the controller receives the signal of pressure reduction, and gradually increases the opening of the intake valve. At this time, the exhaust volume of the screw machine is also increased to the full output. If the system air consumption continues to decrease and the system pressure rises to the empty car pressure setting, the controller will completely close the intake valve and the space and time compressor will start to operate empty car.
